Dedicated to the memory of Theo Moss

Theo was the perfect son, grandson, brother, nephew and friend. He was always happy, cared for others and enjoyed making people laugh; especially his younger brother. In his free-time he enjoyed being outside and exploring the world, skiing and swimming. He enjoyed school and was ahead in many areas, having a hopeful future ahead of him. During his short illness he was strong and fought well.

Being without him is the ultimate struggle. We will always be so proud. He will always be remembered.

During his time in Kings College Hospital PICU (Paediatric Intensive Care Unit) he received first class care and attention. They did everything possible for Theo to give him the best chance, including a liver transplant which was successful but unfortunately there were complications from the old failing liver. During his time in the PICU we were constantly kept up-to-date with his progress and status. We will be forever grateful of the chances they gave Theo to get through the illness he suffered. This is why we have chosen to support them, they perform amazing work helping families when they need it most.

We would also like to support the Children's liver disease foundation (CLDF). Their research will help reduce the amount of families that have to go through the same as us and the support they provide will help families living through similar diseases.
